How it works
The software uses clinical observations and patient laboratory measurements, and the physician selects a subjective marker, e.g. drug trough level, that is related to the dose of the drug.
Step 1
In this example a patient on maintenance therapy had low troughs, and some poor labs (high CRP = 150, low albumin= 3.2). The software recommended a 4 week dose interval. Physician decided that was too short an interval and elected to increase the dose instead. "Becuase I do not dare to give it every 4 weeks..."

Step 2
The next trough was BLQ (so even lower). Software again elected to shorten interval and this time the physician decided to do what software said. They gave a dose of 350mg.

Step 3
Patient then began to improve
